It’s a wrap!

Couldn’t have wished for a more perfect way to close the DREAMWEAVER tour than last night at Große Freiheit 36 in Hamburg! What an absolutely crazy night! A super-charged, passionate and LOVELY crowd that was with us from the very first note till the end! We played fucking great 😜 and everything just came together in the best possible way!! 🔥Still buzzing from this one! A big thank you to Howl Baby Howl for supporting us on these 4 last shows !! Huge love and thanks to everyone who came out to the shows in Europe, US, Canada, Australia and China! ❤️🙏❤️

The G! Festival on the Faroe Islands was simply magical! Such a remarkable location, an extraordinary atmosphere, right in the middle of the North Atlantic. Thank you, G! When Trentemøller was asked by Robert Smith some time ago if he wanted to do a remix of a The Cure song, he naturally agreed immediately. Now this remix is in stores, digitally and also as part of a triple vinyl release.

Trentemøller had this to say about the song selection:
"I chose "And Nothing Is Forever" because it moved me deeply… a haunting, fragile beauty that stayed with me long after I first heard it.

For my version, I kept only Robert’s voice from the original. I stripped everything away and started from silence, letting his voice guide the mood and direction, building a new world around it. That’s why I call it a rework."

Trentemøller's Australian tour is in full swing, the concerts in Brisbane and Hobart have already been played and were great fun for band and fans alike. Shows in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth are still to be played this week and next.

And then it's off to China for two shows!
